While I may not be actually very old at all, ( I am 20 1/2!) I do, often, enjoy activities that someone may enjoy when they are in their older, adult years. So, I thought, "hey! why not make a list!"
Here it goes:
Crocheting- Yes, it is like knitting, only you use one needle, and their is a hook on the end of it. My grandmother taught me how to crochet when I was 8 or 9, and I have enjoyed it ever since.
A new interest I have had is stamping. I remember my mother had stamps and ink when I was very young, maybe 4. I would play with them at our dining room table, and go to town. They were lot's of fun then, why wouldnt they be fun now!? Sometimes I like to encourage my friends ( or anyone, for that matter) to try doing something they enjoyed when they were a young child. It may surprise you.
And, finally, I enjoy looking at dishes. Particularly tea cups. Dishes can be so pretty! ( Come on, you know it's true!)
Other things I enjoy? Classical music, showtunes, contra dancing.
Just call me an old soul....
